Ample Hills Creamery, the Brooklyn-based ice cream shop that sold out within its first four days, is making its way to Beverly Hills, located at 9605 Santa Monica Blvd.

This will be the company’s 12th location and 2nd in Los Angeles County, following at 2nd & PCH in Long Beach. The new site, first reported by Toddrickallen, will apparently be taking over the former space of Amorino, which closed down during the pandemic. A small legal notice taped to the front door lists the new tenant as Ample Hills Sub LLC, the company behind Ample Hills Creamery. Considering the building is still in its shell, the new ice cream shop likely won’t open until later this year, possibly early 2023.

Ample Hills co-owners Brian Smith and Jackie Cuscuna take pride in pasteurizing their own dairy and baking their own mix-ins. After over a decade of business, the company is now the largest ice cream production facility in New York City at its 15,000 square-foot Red Hook Factory. Even if you don’t live in California, New York, or New Jersey, where the company’s storefronts can be found, customers can try all their flavors by ordering online. Some of their popular flavors include ooey gooey butter cake, peppermint pattie, PB wins the cup, and breakfast trash. On top of the delicious ice cream, the company goes above and beyond by always keeping the neighborhood in mind.

“We take being a good neighbor seriously,” according to the company’s website. “Whenever we open a new location, we know it’s our responsibility to be conscious and considerate members of the local community. This philosophy is at the core of everything we do. From hosting events showcasing local artists to founding the largest ice cream production facility in New York City — even though it would’ve been cheaper to look elsewhere — in order to create jobs in our hometown, we strive to help our neighborhood thrive.”
