I Luv Sushi Too, originally located at Artesia, is opening a new location in Anaheim Resort, located at 4715 W Chapman Ave.

The new restaurant will move into the former home of Spicy Thai Restaurant at an unknown date, but a recent liquor license application suggests sometime before the end of the year. The original I Luv Sushi Too is the second location of Lakewood’s I Luv Sushi, both of which come from the same company as Long Beach’s 39 Degrees. The company’s Orange County debut will sit in a perfect spot, right in the middle of Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, and The Outlets at Orange.

On top of being in between several major Southern California attractions, the restaurant is fortunate to not have too many competitors nearby. Other Japanese restaurants in the Anaheim Resort area include NOVA Kitchen & Bar, Tokyo Love, and Crazy Grill. The surrounding area also features several restaurants and retailers, especially on South Harbor Drive, creating plenty of foot traffic.

The menu at I Luv Sushi features everything one would expect at a Japanese restaurant, including sushi options, rice bowls, specialties, chef’s favorites, platters, soups, salads, and more. As the name suggests, this restaurant really appreciates sushi and offers over 35 different sushi roll options, all priced under $20. The liquor license gives reason to believe traditional Japanese alcoholic drinks, such as sake, will be served here.
