A bit of a flavor from a local Stanton brewery may soon be traveling to Ontario in a new shopping development.

Bearded Tang Brewery recently applied for an alcohol license application for an address at the New Haven Marketplace in Ontario, at 3430 Ontario Ranch Rd.

Although details are still under wraps, Brandon Smith, Owner/Founder of Bearded Tang said during a phone interview with What Now Los Angeles on Tuesday that he’s excited to be part of the new development.

“We’re bringing a little bit of our brand up to New Haven,” he said. “We know it’s going to be a great location.”

It’s all very fresh and they are currently working through the process, he added, and not yet promoting it or really announcing it.

“But we’re coming and we’ll have more to talk about in the near future,” Smith confirmed.

It’s a great project and it will give Ontario locals a little taste test of their brand. As Stanton’s first brewery, they’ve had a great response since they’ve opened at the Rodeo 39 Public Market. They do on-site production, crafted a mere eight feet away from the Bearded Tang bar, it’s guaranteed fresh.

New Haven Marketplace, located at the corner of Ontario Ranch Road and Haven Avenue, aims to be a place where friends and family gather for shopping and dining and take photos in “one of the Marketplace’s Instagram-worthy settings.”
