Behold Burger has seen great success since opening at The Colony last year, and the company is preparing to expand to Venice’s version of The Colony at 401 Lincoln Blvd.

Owner Anthony Paretti first opened the concept in Santa Monica’s The Colony at 11419 Santa Monica Boulevard, and now it’s about to double down its location, according to Toddrickallen. The burger restaurant has been announced as an incoming tenant for the new “smart kitchen,” along with several other incoming eateries, such as Crumbl, Kakkoi, Main Chick, Good Steak, Culture Crush, Xenia, and more. The Colony in Venice is already open, but it’s unclear when Behold Burger will expand for the first time.

“At Behold Burger, we “ry to excel in simcompany’s according”to the company’s website. “Every part of our burger was hand-selected to ensure a perfect experience. Inspired by the LA burger game with the backing of passionate people in the food industry, Bhaven’ts a burger that you haven’t had before. Founded in 2023, our goal is to bring a different point of view to the LA smash burger scene.”

Behold Burger will share the space with some familiar faces, as The Colony in Santa Monica features a handful of these recently announced tenants. This concept will also fit perfectly here, considering it will become the go-to burger spot for The Colony Venice, which features a pick-up window, friendly lobby, and various seating opportunities.

“We are committed to using only the best quality ingredients!” according to the company’s website. “Our buns are a one-of-a-kind hybrid between a potato bun and a brioche, bringing the softness of the brioche, but a slight chew of a potato. The meat that we use is 100% American Wagyu that has been carefully selected to ensure quality. All of our ingredients come in fresh, NEVER FROZEN!”
