Beverly Hills is getting an all-new fast-casual eatery and drinking spot at 434 N Camden, directly across from the Wells Fargo building. This unit previously housed Everyday Cafe Seletto for many years, but it has closed its doors for good. According to Beverly Bar owner, Matthew Raanan, the focus of the menu will be American-style food.

According to an agenda report with the Parking Authority of the City of Beverly Hills, Beverly Bar will open in partnership with Chef Felix Garcia, who is the Culinary Director and Executive Chef of The Madera Group. Garcia is the owner of Toca Madera and Tocaya Organica, which together amount to 17 different locations across California and Arizona. Garcia’s two Madera Group-affiliated restaurants lean towards organic modern Mexican cuisine. In contrast, Everyday Cafe Seletto was known for serving fresh fruit, sandwiches, smoothies, and even sushi on the street-level floor of a six-story parking structure. Nothing off the menu of Beverly Bar’s open-kitchen bar-restaurant has been revealed yet.

Raanan said the opening should be in the next six to seven months, depending on where we’re at with COVID. That said, Beverly Bar is still very early on in the permitting stage and hasn’t yet taken over the Camden space.
