American alehouse Blue Palms Brewhouse is relocating to Northridge, located at 8440 Balboa Blvd #101.

The new 2,337 square-foot location will have a 400 square-foot patio with 76 indoor seats and 28 outdoor seats. This is a significant accomplishment for the alehouse, owned and operated by Brian Lenzo, who also serves as the restaurant’s chef. He initially opened this craft beer staple in Hollywood, but the pandemic caused it to shut its doors for good. The new location will open in early Spring 2022 and will start hosting events the following summer with entertainment, outdoor movie nights, and sporting events.

Blue Palms Brewhouse quickly gained attention from alcohol lovers by providing the highest quality specialty draft beer, cask ales, and unique bottle beers. Aside from the great 20 specialty draft beers, the Brewhouse will also carry draft wine and a very eclectic selection of imported and domestic bottled and can beers.

The food menu features a variety of excellent drinking food, including appetizers, salads, hearty entrees, sandwiches, sausage plates and sandwiches, and desserts. The Brewhouse’s food menu will feature great Kobe beef Burgers, Truffle Burger, Fuego Steak Melt, Lobster Mac’ n’ Cheese, signature Prime Rib French Dip, wings, and salads. The new location will also be serving Pizza with Lenzo family sauce recipe. All menu items are made to order.

“The Blue Palms Brewhouse will be serving 20 highly curated beers on draft,” says Lenzo in a press release. “We will have a state-of-the-art Draft Beer system of the original design that will dispense all beers at the proper temperature and at the custom gas pressures. We are lovers of beer and want to represent each beer in the proper form, which means the right serving temperature in the right glass.”

CORRECTION: The previous article misspelled owner Brian Lenzo’s name and stated the incorrect square footage of the new location.
