Breakfast Republic, a San Diego-native brunch concept, is now serving up its breakfast dishes in Echo Park, marking its third Los Angeles location and 18th in Southern California.
Situated on Sunset Blvd, the 2700+ square-foot space (plus patio) caters to the neighborhood’s appetite for globally-inspired brunch options, appealing to trend-seeking foodies. The expansion underscores Breakfast Republic’s commitment to quality and innovation, positioning it as a standout in Southern California’s brunch scene.
Echo Park’s Breakfast Republic maintains its atmosphere and brunch-inspired décor. Revamped morning classics include the Churro Pancakes, Banana Split French Toast, and Breakfast Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese amidst egg-shaped waiting room chairs and whisk-shaped light fixtures.
