Cajun Crack’n Seafood House is opening a new location in Long Beach, located at 7591 Carson Blvd.
This will be the fifth location for the restaurant, and first in Los Angeles, following sites in Vacaville, San Jose, Milpitas, and Fresno. CEO Chuong Pham tells What Now Los Angeles he expects to open the new Long Beach location in the former home of El Torito in mid-June 2022, despite the website suggesting an early June opening. Pham is also planning to open another new location somewhere in Garden Grove, according to the company’s website, opening later this year. Cajun Crack’n also has new locations coming to Las Vegas, Concord, and Hayward.
All restaurants feature a similar menu with the freshest and tastiest options, such as seafood in a bag, combo meals, items from the raw bar, fried baskets, and more. From crowd favorites, such as shrimp and crawfish, to seasonal favorites, such as lobster and dungeness crab, the restaurant features only the best for its customers. The company is expected to have at least nine locations open by the end of the year, possibly early 2023.
“With more than 15 years in the seafood and service industry, we know that eating should be an experience. We are always looking to enhance that experience by bringing in fresh seafood to complement our extensive selection of southern spices and recipes,” according to the company’s website. “So, we began experimenting with both Cajun and Asian spices to create a truly unique type of menu so your taste buds will not forget.”
