Casa Tua Cucina, an Italian dining and marketplace concept, is preparing to open its first West Coast location in Beverly Hills at 9900 Wilshire Boulevard.

The new restaurant will be part of the forthcoming One Beverly Hills development, a $10 billion mixed-use project that broke ground in early 2024, according to Eater Los Angeles. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the restaurant is expected to debut in 2028. Casa Tua Cucina will introduce its signature multi-station format, retail offerings, and upscale yet casual Italian cuisine to the Beverly Hills dining scene.

The restaurant will occupy approximately 20,000 square feet of space within the 17.5-acre development, which will eventually feature 45 restaurants and retailers, along with luxury residences, hotel accommodations from Aman, and expansive botanical gardens. Other announced tenants include Dolce & Gabbana and London’s Los Mochis. Casa Tua’s arrival is part of a broader reinvestment in luxury culinary and retail experiences throughout Los Angeles.

Casa Tua originally opened in Miami in 2001 and has since expanded to New York, Aspen, and Paris. The brand is known for blending refined Italian hospitality with a members-only club model and chef-driven dining. Its Beverly Hills outpost will serve both locals and visitors, as well as residents of the Aman towers. According to a press release, the space is intended as both a neighborhood gathering spot and a destination for culinary discovery.

Casa Tua Cucina’s Beverly Hills location will offer multiple dining stations, a wine bar, and a curated retail marketplace. The menu will feature antipasti, fresh pasta, branzino, and other Italian specialties, alongside a selection of produce and gourmet goods available for purchase. The venue is designed to combine the feel of a high-end eatery with the accessibility of a modern Italian market.

Founded by Miky and Leticia Grendene, Casa Tua has built a reputation for its intimate ambiance and elevated yet welcoming approach to hospitality. The Beverly Hills expansion represents the brand’s continued growth into high-profile urban markets.

“With Aman Beverly Hills and The Beverly Hilton at its foundation, One Beverly Hills will bring together some of the world’s most exciting brands and experiences,” Jonathan Goldstein, co-founder and CEO of Cain International, the developer of One Beverly Hills, said in a press release. “We are delighted to welcome Dolce&Gabbana, Casa Tua Cucina, and Los Mochis, as we aim to set a new benchmark for urban design, where luxury, lifestyle, wellness, and nature converge.”
