CAVA just signed a five-year lease at 4400 Eagle Rock Blvd, according to a lease comp provided by CoStar. A leasing representative also confirmed that a Mediterranean restaurant is being planned at that site.

The fast casual, health-focused Mediterranean chain allows customers to build their own bowls and pitas with a base of either grains or salad (or both); toppings like falafel, harissa honey chicken and spicy lamb meatballs; and a variety of veggies, dips and spreads.

Chief financial officer for CAVA, Tricia Tolivar, told Nation’s Restaurant News that the brand’s successful IPO earlier this year has allowed it to sign leases more easily than before, with new openings exceeding expectations. Yahoo Finance reports, “Cava plans to open 65 to 70 new locations this year. By 2032, the company aims to operate 1,000 locations in the US.”

Representatives for CAVA could not immediately be reached for comment about the new location.
