B’ivrit — a street-food pop-up concept that calls back to the casual falafel joints of Chef Amit Sidi’s home in Israel — will open a brick-and-mortar late this spring.

Sidi, who formerly worked in the entertainment industry, started B’ivrit four years ago serving her three colors of falafel, Cauliflower Shawarma, Lentil Arayes, and hummus. Today, her food is featured at Permanent Records Roadhouse, Smorgasburg LA, 4100 Bar, and Altadena Beverage + Market

While the address for the brick-and-mortar is not readily available, Thrillest has reported that B’ivrit’s stationary set-up will open in the burgeoning Glassell Park neighborhood.
