Chop Stop is set to debut in North Hollywood’s Arts District next month.

The quick-service salad franchise in The Academy Tower, at 5200 Lankershim Blvd #160, will hold an official grand opening on March 12.

Chop Stop NoHo’s debut, open to the public, will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Universal City/North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event which will include “samples” of the build-your-own salad restaurant’s menu.

Chop Stop sources locally-grown produce when possible, and offers its 40 ingredients “pre-chopped” so that “we’re able to assemble your meal quickly so you spend less time waiting for your food, and more time enjoying it.”

Salads can be ordered as a Chop (a typical salad), a Chopurrito (salad served over rice and beans), or a wrap.
