It’s not a done deal, but a source familiar with the pending leases tells What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) that there are talks to possibly sign CityRow, The Habit Burger Grill, and Chipotle to The Vineyards at Porter Ranch. The high-intensity indoor rowing studio, burger chain, and fast-casual burrito joint, respectively, are in the final stages of negotiations to open in the new Whole Foods Market-anchored mixed-use, at 20065 Rinaldi Street.
It was recently confirmed to WNLA that Silverlake Ramen was also in the “very early stages” of coming to the development with an opening not expected until early next year.
There are several other businesses expected at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch: AMC Theatre, Finney’s Crafthouse, Lure Fish House, Trek Bicycle, and The Joint Chiropractic. The Vineyards website also confirms that stores that are already opened include a Whole Foods Market, Peet’s Coffee, Nordstrom Rack, Jersey Mike’s, Gus’s BBQ, HSBC Bank, Patxi’s Pizza, and The Vineyards Nail Spa.
Edit: You have the store names and their concepts out of order: “CityRow, The Habit Burger Grill, and Chipotle … high-intensity indoor rowing studio, fast-casual burrito joint, and burger chain”
Kristian, thanks for catching. We’ve made the correction. ~ Caleb
