Monty’s Good Burger, a born-in-L.A. plant-based burger chain, is bringing its vegan burgers, tots and shakes to 3849 Main Street in downtown Culver City.

First reported by luxury vegetarian blog Toddrickallen, Monty’s new joint will take over the former location of Tentenyu Ramen & Sushi Roll. While its opening has not yet been announced, the new Monty’s location does have hiring signs up on its doors, suggesting Follow Your Heart-cheese slathered Impossible Burgers and soy vanilla soft serve floats are imminent.

Monty’s Good Burger currently has four locations across the greater L.A. area, with outposts in Beverly Grove, Echo Park, Koreatown and Riverside. In addition to meatless and dairy-free fast food, Monty’s also sells a variety of merchandise, from t-shirts to pins to trucker hats.

The chain was co-founded in 2018 by Nic Adler, a well-known plant-based restauranteur and music mogul who oversees food operations for Coachella. What Now has reached out to Adler and Monty’s for comment.
