While Louie Ryan of Hatchet Hall has told What Now Los Angeles that he and his wife Netty Ryan aren’t yet ready to reveal anything about their new incoming eatery — the project is still in the early stages — the longtime restaurateur says in about 30 days he’ll be free to discuss details.

This exciting project comes on the heels of Hatchet Hall’s celebrated chef, Wes Whitsell, departing from the restaurant to open two of his own joints in LA. While at the lodge-like eatery since 2021, Whitsell managed to earn the spot a Michelin Star.

The Ryans also own Townhouse in Venice amongst handfuls of other legendary and lauded venues.

This article will be updated accordingly.
