Peace of Cake will be opening its first storefront in a second-floor kiosk of Westfield Century City this winter, reports Toddrick Allen. The kiosk’s previous tenants include Brique French Toastery, Brandini Toffee and Yagourt & Bougatsa.

The customizable cake shop had a pop up at this season’s Holiday Market and is now making a permanent home for itself in the shopping center.

The bakery’s made-to-order concept allows patrons to customize an individual sized cake to their liking. It starts by picking a cake flavor (including vanilla, red velvet, blueberry, chocolate, plus gluten free options), then choosing two fillings (i.e. sprinkles, bavarian cream, dulce de leche, pumpkin butter) and finishing it off with a frosting (buttercream, whipped cream or cream cheese) and a drizzle (i.e. chocolate, caramel, berry).

Peace of Cake is owned by Nicolette Smith. She could not immediately be reached for comment.
