Dingle Berries Coffee and Tea has officially signed the lease for 8036 W 3rd St, Osso Good’s previous home. According to Dingle Berries’ website, it currently has a shop open on 9711 Valley Blvd. Unit A in Rosemead.

Brandon Cohan and Evan Clark of CBRE were the listing agent for the property and provided What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) with onsite photos and leasing information for Dingle Berries Coffee and Tea’s move, which sits off the corner of Crescent Heights, between The Grove and Beverly Center.

Dingle Berries Coffee and Tea is a brand with tongue-in-cheek humor, serving a wide variety of coffees and eccentrically colored and flavored teas. It also offers novelty items like pens and toilet paper with $100 printed on it. On the other hand, Osso Good is a superfood-focused bone broth and soup franchise that closed its 3rd street doors but maintains countless locations across the US.

The official lease for Dingle Berries Coffee and Tea lists a move-in date of January 2021.
