Dog Haus is opening a 20th Los Angeles location in Burbank, located at 3001 N. Hollywood Way R-2.

The new 2,100 square-foot location will open sometime in the first half of 2022, considering their lease begins in January. The new Dog Haus will sit within the newly built Avion Burbank near the Hollywood Burbank Airport. The American hot dog-loving restaurant, operated by franchisees Von Raees and Nima Salke, will sit near a new Jersey Mikes and a Randy’s Donuts. This will be the second Dog Haus in the Burbank area, with the first being at 3817 W Olive Ave. next to Warner Brother Studios in Toluca Lake.

The Pasadena-based company started in 2010 and now has 65 locations, with another 14 locations in progress. It’s unknown whether this new location will be a regular Dog Haus or one of their variations, such as a Biergarten or Venue. What is known is that this will significantly improve the 1.25 million square feet of office, retail, and hotel space. There’s a 15,472 square-foot plot adjacent to the new Dog Haus, but the tenants have yet to be announced.

Recently, the company launched a ghost kitchen concept in San Francisco with the plant-based imitation meat company Impossible Foods. The vegan meat will only be available for delivery through an app called Impossible Food Shop. The fast-growing restaurant chain has a total of 30 locations in California.
