Alex Sohn’s egg sandwich-centric eatery Egg Tuck will soon open its fourth iteration at 620 Silver Lake Boulevard in the East Hollywood/Silverlake area, according to intel obtained by What Now Los Angeles.

Egg Tuck, famous for its Korean “tucked-in style” (sometimes called “Korean Egg Drop” style featuring fluffy scrambled eggs and sweetened mayo), offers made-from-scratch sandwiches using cage-free eggs on house-made brioche buns. The burgeoning breakfast joint also proudly serves Groundwork Organic Coffee & Drinks in select locations.

With outposts in Ktown, Hollywood, and Westwood Village (UCLA), Egg Tuck has solidified itself as a purveyor of unique fare that transcends breakfast time, remaining open from 7:30 am to 4 pm for lunch and/or an early dinner delight.

There’s currently no word on an opening date.
