After an anticipated opening in Porter Ranch, Finney’s Crafthouse is bound for Burbank, at 164 E Palm Avenue. The company signed a 10-year lease for a 4,856-square-foot space with an opening that is expected by February or March of 2021, Founder Greg Finefrock tells What Now Los Angeles (WNLA).

“We were interested in expanding South and Burbank was the next spot,” Finefrock said. “This particular location was, we feel, one of the best if not the best locations in Downtown.” Finney’s Crafthouse will take the place of the former site of Market City Caffe, an Italian restaurant that closed recently after 27 years of business.

Already, Finney’s Crafthouse has locations in Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo, California. There are hopes to eventually open in Camarillo, too.

The business was founded in 2016 and is family-owned and -operated. Each location offers 30 mostly local craft beers with more than 50 items on the menu, from flatbread pizzas to burgers and sandwiches to tacos and salads.

“Almost all of them are made-from-scratch items,” including sauces and dressings, said Finefrock. The 18 shareable appetizers are some of the most popular items, he said, adding, “We have something for everybody.”
