Finney’s Crafthouse and Kitchen, a family-owned and operated restaurant and bar with four existing locations (including a recently-opened outpost in San Luis Obispo), is coming soon in The Vineyards at Porter Ranch.

Finney’s Crafthouse has set a May 2020 opening timeline for the restaurant, at 20065 Rinaldi Street, Suite 170, in the space adjacent to the shiny-new AMC, and will soon start the hiring process.

When the location was first announced in late-2019, the plan was to open in April.

Ownership is hosting a hiring fair at the restaurant on March 12 and 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 6. p.m.

Hosts, bartenders, and shift managers are among nearly nine categories of available job-types for the soon-to-open Finney’s Crafthouse.

The interviews are “open” but resumes can be emailed ahead of time (send here for Front of House and here for Back of House.)

Starting in May, with an exact first day TBD, Finney’s Crafthouse will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Finney’s Crafthouse joins a slew of already-opened tenants in The Vineyards at Porter Ranch including Gus’s BBQ, HSBC Bank, Jersey Mike’s, Nordstrom Rack, Peet’s Coffee, The Vineyards Nail Spa, Ulta Beauty, and Whole Foods Market (which relocated from down the street.)
