Pacific Theatres’ Cinerama Dome will soon be home to a Go Get Em Tiger coffee shop.

Former box office space near the historic theatre’s main entrance, at 6360 Sunset Blvd., is being converted into what will be Go Get Em Tiger’s eighth location, arriving on the heels of an opening in The Music Center in late-2019.

Atypical to the growing chain’s storefronts, the Cinerama Dome outpost will be for takeout, utilizing the original ticket windows of the box office, first used when the theatre debuted in 1963.

The Dome was refurbished and refreshed ahead of reopening as part of ArcLight Hollywood in March 2002.

Go Get Em Tiger staffers when reached Thursday by What Now Los Angeles (WNLA) said a January 28, 2020 opening date is being circulated internally, but that construction delays could push the coffee shop’s opening into the first week in February.

A rep for the coffee shop chain Friday told WNLA, “as of now, we don’t have an official opening date for GGET at ArcLight, so the January 28 date is not accurate.”
