A new concept called GOI Restaurant was just approved for Los Feliz by the L.A. Planning Commission. The eatery will be located inside of the Los Feliz Plaza right next to Chi Dynasty. Other neighbors include Ye Rustic Inn, Sotheby’s International Realty, and Sun Drug.

According to public records, the owners requested a change of use from existing retail to a restaurant, with plans to renovate the inside and add kitchen equipment. The relatively small dining area is around 400 square-feet and will hold approximately 20 seats, including tables and countertops.

GOI Restaurant is owned by Brian Boquecosa, and his wife, Jennifer, is also listed as a business manager.

The Boquecosas could not be immediately reached for comment. Stay tuned for further details about this new restaurant.
