Great White, a casual all-day cafe focusing on fresh, local cuisine paired with great coffee and drinks, is getting ready to open a new location in Los Angeles at 12103 Ventura Blvd.
The company, owned and operated by Sam Cooper and Sam Trude, is still working on a new site coming to Brentwood at 11660 Darlington Avenue, which What Now Los Angeles previously reported on. A representative from the company tells What Now that this site is expected to open early next month. Even though this location is in the process of opening, that’s not stopping the ownership team from thinking about the future. Now, the duo appears ready to open a fifth location in Studio City in the former home of PizzaRev, according to a recent liquor license application. It’s unclear when this location of Great White is expected to open.
When this location opens, likely before the end of the year, customers can expect an all-day casual cafe/restaurant focusing on coastal Californian, fresh, seasonal cuisine paired with great coffee. Great White currently has locations in West Hollywood, Larchmont, Venice Beach, and soon Brentwood. All locations feature warm, inviting international decor and are open for breakfast and lunch every day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Great White is a place to find a delicious cup of coffee and a quick bite to eat and to appreciate art.
“Since the inception of Great White, we’ve used art to liven up our spaces, commissioning a myriad of artists to lend their hand to enhance our cafe walls,” according to the company’s website. “We took a look around and realized an opportunity to take these ideas off the walls and apply them to our everyday elements, goods that usually come and go, without a second thought.”
