A brand new concept called Henrietta is getting ready to open a new location in Echo Park at 343 Glendale Blvd.

The new eatery, owned by Max Lesser, is set to open in Echo Park Village, according to the Los Angeles Planning Department. It will join several tenants, including Gra Pizzeria, Clark Street Bread, One Down Dog Yoga Studio, and the Strength Shoppe, with new leases recently signed with Butchr Bar and A Good Used Book, making it the ultimate lifestyle retail destination. While it’s unclear when Henrietta will open, the concept will sit at the corner of the building between Pizarro Street and Glendale Boulevard.

When the new concept opens, customers can expect roughly 1,100 square feet of space open for lunch and dinner. Henrietta will have about 22 indoor seats open from 11 am to 11 pm. The eatery will also serve beer and wine. It’s unclear if the lunch and dinner menu will differ, but the latter’s menu starts with bread & snacks for appetizers. Customers can expect Rosemary Almonds, Cacio e Pepe Arancini, Halibut Crudo, Burrata, Ciabatta, Focaccia, and Bub & Grandma’s “Bruschetta, made with fig salsa, ricotta, black pepper salami, honey & dandelion green.

For something larger, Henrietta will also serve a variety of salads and vegetables, including a simple salad, avocado salad, and heirloom tomato salad. For the table, the restaurant will have Rigatoni, served with oxtail sugo, spicy tomato sauce, spinach, and caccio cavalo; Pacico Striped Bass with pepperoncini pepper, nectarine, snap pea & dill; Steak “Panzanella” with chicories, sourdough heals, gorgonzola, pecan, stone fruit & saba; Grilled Chicken served with chicories, smoked garlic, crispy potato & buttermilk, and a Dungeness Crab Cioppino with lingcod, mussels, fennel, harissa & hominy (while available).
