Holey Moley, a mini golf chain owned by Australian entertainment company Funlab, will be moving into The Gallery Food Hall’s former space on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, according to a recent liquor license application.

Funlab opened its first U.S. locations of Holey Moley last year in Austin and Denver. The group also opened a Houston outpost last month and is working on a San Francisco location.

“We’re a mini golf course and bar that turns traditional putt putt into a multi-sensory labyrinth of unique holes. It’s nifty, it’s nostalgic, it’s a bit ‘80s, and a bit ‘90s. Mostly, it’s the craziest round of mini golf you’ve ever played. And with drinks, cocktails and tunes available at our full-service bar, the Caddyshack, all of your off-the-green needs are taken care of,” says Holey Moley’s website.

Funlab is Australia’s premiere creator of competitive socializing experiences. From arcades, bowling alleys, mini-golf and much more, the group operates more than 40 venues across 9 brands.

An opening date for the Santa Monica Holey Moley has not been announced.
