It appears Hollywood is getting a new creperie at 1624 N Cahuenga Blvd, per a recent liquor license application filed by La Petit Creperie, Inc. The name of the business is listed as The Palm and The Pine, and will take over the former Koto Ramen space.

Co-owners Seana and Michael Magalong, who have been married for 30 years, also own a slew of other bars and restaurants, including Blacksmith Bar and Nick & Nora Lounge.

Blacksmith in Redwood City is an upscale dive bar inspired by Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop in New Orleans. Nick & Nora Lounge offers craft cocktails and beer in a modern lounge setting. Seana, who is also an interior designer, helped designed both spaces.

We do not have further details on The Palm and The Pine at this time. The Magalongs could not be immediately reached for comment.
