First founded in La Canada, Honeybird will be opening its next location in Claremont this year.

“Summer ’21,” Honeybird posted to Instagram over the weekend. “Coming to Claremont Village. Super excited and humbled to be able to open our third location in the beautiful city of Claremont. Look for us this summer.”

In the video, the drive and walk to the new restaurant in Claremont Village was shown.

Honeybird’s brunch, lunch, and dinner menu includes a variety of fried chicken options, sandwiches, sides, and more. The southern-inspired restaurant prides itself on serving handcrafted food and homemade pies.

Already found in La Canada and USC Village, Honeybird will reportedly be moving into a 1,500-square-foot unit in the popular village square.

Owner Phil Lee could not be reached for comment prior to publication.
