A recently-filed ABC application for 400 West Valley Boulevard — home of San Gabriel’s new mixed-use development, The Province — describes an incoming restaurant by Sinan Duan and Steve Su of Moon 368, LLC.

What Now Los Angeles reached out to Duan for details regarding the concept, but the founder declined to comment.

Per renderings for The Province, the building will be a five-story complex with available first-floor restaurant and retail space. The expansive mock-ups also display an umbrella-canopied outdoor mezzanine area, ample underground parking, and elongated balconies.

This article will be updated as more information regarding Moon 368, LLC’s incoming culinary project becomes available.
