Japanese BBQ meal delivery service iWagyu BBQ looks to expand into City of Industry, located at 17865 Colima Rd.
The potential new location will replace the now-closed Curry House at an unknown date. iWagyu recently applied for a liquor license for this new address, but CEO Lawrence Li could not be reached. The company has yet to open a physical restaurant, despite having an address listed on their website, but this liquor license could prove things are changing. Before this, iWagyu delivered everything one would need for a complete experience of fusion grilling at home. Now, it looks like Li is finally opening a new restaurant where alcohol will be served.
Whether or not this restaurant will actually materialize from this liquor license, guests can experience the ultimate Japanese BBQ experience today through delivery. They pride themselves in high-quality meats at reasonable prices sourced from Snake River Farms. Guests can expect everything from Miyazaki to Kobe, plus other seafood options. If and when the new restaurant opens, expect to spend a few extra dollars, considering their current entrees range from $23.99 to $298.99.
“We have picked the best, so you don’t have to worry,” according to their website. “Our objective is to put something different on your table, with little to no hassle on your part. We understand that the mundane days of quarantine have us all missing the restaurant experience. iWagyu is here to provide excitement once again and revive your tastebuds and the curiosity in the food you once had.”
