Jam Jam Tea Lab, a popular bubble tea shop located in Irvine, is getting ready to expand for the first time with a new location coming to Burbank at 128 E Palm Avenue.

The company’s second location is set to open near the Burbank Town Center, according to WhatsNewSFV. It’s unclear when this new location will open, but the new Jam Jam Tea Lab is one of several new businesses set to open within Burbank this year, including Philz Coffee, The Capital Grille, Mom’s Bakery, Nick the Greek, Supreme Crab, Firehouse Subs, Candeeland, Chubby Dumpling, Tigawok, Magnolia Corner, Idyllwild Tavern, Flow Wine Bar, and more, according to the city of Burbank. These new shops will help the city’s retail district reach a new level of success.

Jam Jam Tea Lab offers a wide range of drinks, including fruit teas, milk teas, fresh milk drinks, and slushes. Popular options include the Green Grape Smash, made with jasmine green tea and green grape jam, and the Brulee Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, which features Ceylon black tea with brown sugar boba and caramel brulee foam. The menu also features fresh milk drinks, such as Strawberry Fresh Milk and Matcha Mango Latte. Customers can customize their sweetness levels and choose from various toppings, including boba, jelly, and cheese foam.

New openings include Handel’s Ice Cream, Teaspoon Boba, Rivian Motors, and The Girl & The Chicken, among others. This steady growth is helping to create more jobs, offering residents more choices, and drawing more foot traffic to various parts of the city.
