Kali Hotel and Rooftop, a luxury hotel under Marriott’s Autograph Collection, is getting ready to open in Inglewood at Hollywood Park near SoFi Stadium.

The hotel’s new location is the only hospitality project permitted under the Hollywood Park Specific Plan, according to Sofi Stadium. While an exact opening date has not been announced, developers expect to debut the property in September 2026. It will feature multiple dining components, including a rooftop restaurant and bar, a full-service lobby bar, and an all-day dining concept for hotel guests and visitors.

The 300-room hotel, including 34 suites, is part of a $300 million investment by KPC Development Company. Construction topped out in September 2025, with the 12th-floor concrete and helistop now complete. The project is being built by Clayco, with design led by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and interiors by Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence in collaboration with Gensler.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts will operate the property under the Autograph Collection banner, a premium Marriott brand known for its independent design-focused hotels. The location is adjacent to multiple entertainment venues, including YouTube Theater, Kia Forum, and the forthcoming Hollywood Park Studios, part of the largest urban mixed-use development in the western United States.

Dining will be a key component of the hotel’s guest experience, with food and beverage venues designed to attract both travelers and event attendees. The rooftop restaurant will overlook Hollywood Park and is expected to serve as a pre- and post-event destination given its proximity to major sports and concert venues.

The culinary concepts have not yet been announced, though the food and beverage programming is expected to reflect the elevated hospitality standards associated with Autograph Collection Hotels. The restaurant and bar areas are being designed with flexibility to accommodate both casual dining and private events.
