Kreation Organic has snagged a space in the new Third and Traction development in DTLA’s Arts District neighborhood.

The organic juice, coffee, and cafe chain will take Suite F, a less-than 900-square-foot tenant space in the mixed-use project, at 806 E. 3rd Street.

It will be one of Kreation Organic’s grab-and-go stores, retailing prepared foods and the chain’s cold press juices for takeaway.

“We are so grateful and excited to continue our journey of using food as medicine and expanding our presence in Los Angeles,” Marjan Sarshar, founder and CEO of Kreation Organic,” said in a press release earlier this year generally speaking about the company’s expansion.

“In a city where everyone is non-stop, Kreation is here to accommodate the early risers, business people, sports players, artists, and party animals to enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle.”

Kreation Organic is one of several tenants coming soon to Third and Traction.

Culver City’s Loqui is set to debut in the development early-November, a manager for the restaurant Sunday told What Now Los Angeles in a telephone conversation.

Bag retailer Apolis on November 10, 2019, will host a grand opening for its flagship store in the development, according to the company’s website.

In the interim, the company is operating a pop-up, at 826 E. 3rd Street.

Third and Traction is the redevelopment of a 1910-era building into restaurant, retail, and office space totaling nearly 50,000 square feet.

Kreation Organic is also planning a Signature location in Silver Lake, at 3501 W. Sunset Blvd., and earlier this year opened an outpost in Hollywood at 1200 Highland Ave.

With the new locations, Kreation Organics will operate 20 stores across Southern California.
