A brand new modern Georgian restaurant is set to make its debut in Beverly Hills.

This is the latest restaurant from Twins Hospitality Group, led by CEO Tamaz Gomiashvili. He and his brother George Gomiashvili launched Le Grand restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles, offering California-inspired cuisine in a “family first” environment. Now the brothers are getting ready to open a new modern Georgian restaurant in mid-November 2022, according to a recent Craigslist post. Tamaz declined to comment on any further details.

Twins Hospitality Group is a family-run restaurant group that has been involved in the industry for more than 20 years. The group has established many different projects worldwide, including several hotels in Northern California. The hospitality group is also responsible for opening Porto Maltese in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2015, followed by Le Grand Restaurant in 2019.

When this new restaurant opens later this year, customers can expect a casual yet sophisticated interior that focuses on a beige and white color palette. In terms of food, the restaurant will focus on typical Georgian dishes such as Khinkali, Mtsvadi, and Churchkhela. The new restaurant is also expected to feature a large wine selection from Georgia, one of the oldest wine regions in the world.
