L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, a luxury hotel located at 9291 Burton Way, is set to debut two new restaurant concepts, reports Eater LA.
James Beard award winner chef Tony Messina will helm the new coastal Italian concept, Costa Covo Osteria, set to debut on Sept. 4. The eatery will serve a number of different seafood options, crudos, handmade pastas, plus French and Italian wines.
The second concept, Alcova, will be more casual, serving light bites, like caviar and ricotta bruschetta, but chef Messina will not be involved with this concept. It will be open afternoons and evenings, and is scheduled for an Oct. 3 debut. “Alcova’s main draw will be a custom-made Negroni trolley serving cocktails tableside,” says Eater LA.
“Established in 1975 on a palm-lined residential boulevard, L’Ermitage is a discreet, luxurious getaway located a stone’s throw from the beating heart of Beverly Hills. As the longest-tenured Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond all-suite hotel in the world, L’Ermitage is committed to offering travelers excellence in hospitality,” the hotel’s website says.
