Makenna Koffee Company, a casual cafe with a menu of caffeinated drinks and various pastries, is opening several new locations, including one in Camarillo at 740 Ventura Boulevard, Site #300.
The company’s newest location is set to open in the Camarillo Premium Outlets, next to Ubatuba Acai in The Promenade section of the outlets, according to signage on the building first reported by Conejo Valley Guide. Owner Lance Clauson tells What Now Los Angeles that he plans to open a new location in Ventura this month, followed by Westlake Village in May. Then, in July 2025, Makenna Coffee will open new locations in Oxnard and Irwindale, followed by new sites in Orange and Santa Monica in August 2025. Clauson tells What Now that these opening dates are approximate, but the company is also beginning to franchise.
The vibrant and cheerful atmosphere of the Makenna Koffee Company has quickly made it a local favorite in Santa Clarita since its grand opening on January 6 of last year. Located on Newhall Ranch Road, Makenna Koffee offers a variety of coffee, tea, blends, smoothies, and pastries for customers to enjoy. The company also has locations in Simi Valley and Valencia.
Known for its Hawaiian-inspired flavors and light, tropical aesthetic, Makenna Koffee has several popular menu items, including the Maui latte, breakfast sandwiches, The Legend, and Sandy Blond. These are just a few examples of the delicious drinks available at the cafe. In addition to coffee, Makenna Koffee Company offers Makenna Freeze and Makenna Sodas.
