According to real estate data acquired by What Now Los Angeles, Maple & Ash will settle into the iconic MGM building at 235 N Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. With two restaurants in Chicago and one in Scottsdale, this will mark the first Californian outpost for the posh steakhouse and seafood eatery.

The menu at Maple & Ash, crafted by two-Michelin-star Chef Danny Grant, offers an exquisite selection of fire-roasted seafood and wood-fried steaks and chops such as the 32 Day Dry-Aged Bone-In New York Strip (18 ounces) and the Australian Rack of Lamb. According to the official website, Maple & Ash also offers a spectacular cocktail program and a wine list named “one of the most outstanding in the world” by Wine Spectator.

Maple & Ash will settle into a 13,672-square-foot space on the first floor of the MGM building. An official opening date has not yet been announced; however, we will keep you updated on when to press your best suit for a memorable night of extravagance.
