A brand new restaurant, cafe, and lounge called Melrose Place is making its way between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, located at 8472 Melrose Pl.

This new 8,000 square-foot multi-story concept will replace the women-focused U.K. membership club Allbright in phases, according to Eater LA. Starting in early April 2022, Melrose Place will open its casual daytime cafe and dinnertime dining room on the second floor of the building. Guests can expect Californian-inspired breakfast, lunch, and dinner with menu items for every dietary need, including vegan and keto. In Summer 2022, the restaurant will open a rooftop lounge where guests can enjoy drinks and views of Hollywood.

All of this comes from the team behind Sunset Collective, with Shyon Keoppel, Stafford Schlitt, and Costas Charalambous. The group recently another brand new restaurant, Aegea, coming to Melrose later this year. The trio of owners is largely interested in real estate and hospitality throughout the city, operating the nearby Offsunset venue as well. Now they get ready to open yet another highly-anticipated restaurant in the heart of Los Angeles.

When Melrose Place does completely open by this summer, it will become one of the hottest destinations near the Tri-West area. Some other high-end eateries in the area that may serve as competition include E.P. & L.P., NORMS Restaurant, and Craigs. Fortunately for Melrose Place, none of these places will have a view or namesake as recognizable as theirs.
