Neptune’s Frozen Treats, a new self-serve dessert shop offering frozen yogurt, frozen custard, gelato, and sorbet, is getting ready to open at 55 Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates.
Neptune’s is set to open in the Malaga Cove Plaza in October, according to the company’s website. The new concept will offer a rotating menu of frozen favorites, including Cookies N Cream, Pumpkin Pie, Oat Milk Vanilla, Mango Sorbet, Yellow Cake Batter Gelato, and classic Vanilla and Chocolate Custard. The shop focuses on high-quality ingredients, customizable treats, and creating a relaxed, community-focused atmosphere steps from the ocean.
Open seven days a week, Neptune’s plans to serve guests from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. In addition to its frozen treats, the shop offers a wide selection of premium toppings and will launch its own line of branded merchandise.
The brand aims to create more than just a dessert stop, offering a welcoming space where guests can unwind and savor something sweet. Neptune’s joins a charming mix of restaurants, shops, and neighborhood favorites. With its coastal setting and Mediterranean-style architecture, the plaza provides a fitting backdrop for a concept that celebrates oceanfront living.
“At Neptune’s, we don’t just serve dessert; we create a space where people can connect, unwind, and enjoy a moment of sweetness together,” according to the company’s website. “We’re proud to be part of this community, and we’re here to make every guest feel like they’ve found “their spot.” So dive in and join us as we build a legendary gathering place.”
