FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup is opening a brand new Spanish restaurant called Flor Y Solera in Los Angeles’ Arts District, located at 1335 E. 6th St.

The new concept is expected to replace Sixth+Mill Pizzeria and Bar in Summer 2022. Flor Y Solera will become the fifth restaurant for the restaurant group and third in LA. All of their current operating restaurants, two in Los Angeles and two in Las Vegas, showcase interpretations of traditional Italian cooking. Now, CEO Matteo Ferdinandi and his business partner Chef Angelo Auriana get ready to expand into the world of Spanish flavor with a brand new tapas bar.

Chef Angelo, along with Chef Monica Angelats (chef de cuisine at Brera Ristorante), is developing recipes and creating delectable interpretations of Chef Monica’s native Spanish fare. Guests can expect everything from tapas, bocadillos, and paellas to irresistible sangrias. All of this will be complemented by a short but exciting wine list and a full bar spearheaded by a collection of sherry, the Spanish national liquor of choice.

The new restaurant will provide an exciting ambiance that will promote new friendships, a lot of fun, and unparalleled Spanish cuisine. FactoryPlaceHospitalityGroup has created some of Los Angeles and Las Vegas’ most acclaimed restaurants, offering outstanding culinary and warm hospitality. The group currently has two other future concepts in the works, Osteria Rosaspina and Osteria Adriatica, both to feature traditional Italian flavors.
