Tacomasa occupies a 1,715-square-foot space, with a bright interior in its signature blue and white color scheme. The new location seats 52 people and has a patio with a standing bar overlooking the kitchen.

“Faith, service, quality and excellence are the values that have always been important to me and they are the pillars I founded Tacomasa on,” said CEO and Founder Ivan Flores.

“I’m very proud of the culture we’ve cultivated over the past four years, and it is such a privilege to continue to share what we do with more members of the community,” he added.

The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, Tacomasa will be open from 10 AM to 11 PM.

The new location opens on August 15 at 275 W Birch St, Ste 1, Brea, CA 92821.

The Brea location carries on Tacomasa’s tradition with a menu drawn from Tijuana-style food and deep cultural roots. Guests can enjoy a variety of staples, including mulitas, vampiros, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortas.

These items are made with premium meat choices, fresh ingredients, and corn tortillas made from scratch. Proteins range from mesquite-grilled pollo asado to adobada carved fresh from the trompo.

Other options include tripa, lengua, and nopal. Sides feature house-made elote and fries topped with scratch-made queso, guacamole, crema, and salsa. The restaurant offers a selection of signature drinks like horchata, aguas frescas, and classic sodas.

While seasonal aguas frescas will continue to roll out every few months, the eatery is debuting three new flavors of aguas frescas to celebrate its opening in Brea. New flavors include Sandia (Watermelon), Guayaba con Limon (Guava Lemon), and Platano (Banana).

The Brea location will be the first to debut Tacomasa’s new soft serve, featuring Chocolate Abuelita and Vainilla flavors.

With the opening of a new Southern California location, Tacomasa is expanding its footprint and continues to share authentic Tijuana-style food in the US.
