With restaurants in Orange, Costa Mesa, Chino, and South Gate, Nguyen’s Kitchen will bring its delicious modern Vietnamese cuisine to Carson next. The Asian fusion restaurant works wonders with a small, but specialized menu of “simple, fresh food without artificial flavors or filters.”

Nguyen’s Kitchen offers an appetizing selection of signature sandwiches, specialty noodles, and rice bowls. From the Grilled Pork Sandwich (marinated pork, cucumber, cilantro, pickled carrots) and the Bulgogi Short Rib Steak Sandwich (seared short rib steak with bulgogi sauce, onion, cucumber, cilantro, pickled carrots) to the Crawfish Pasta (chunky crawfish meat, spicy sausage, house tomato cream marinara sauce), every dish is packed with rich flavor that will have your taste buds singing. A popular favorite is the Garlic Noodles to which you can add chicken thigh, grilled pork, grilled chicken breast, jumbo tiger shrimp or bulgogi steak. The beverage offers refreshing quench-thirsters like Vietnamese ice coffee, Thai tea, Peach and lychee green tea, and green milk tea.

The modern Vietnamese eatery will settle into the 2,200-square-foot space at 930 E Dominguez Street, near Vietnamese restaurant Pho Cyrstal 3 and sushi bar Sushien. Nguyen’s Kitchen will have a modern, mid-century design with a distinct layout that differs from the other locations. The restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Co-owner Shaun Nguyen told What Now Los Angeles that Nguyen’s Kitchen in Carson will open in 5 to 6 months.
