Niteglow Beer Company, a family-run, licensed farm brewery based in Brooklyn, is getting ready to make its West Coast debut with two new locations coming to Los Angeles County.
Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported that Dayglow Coffee is opening its sixth location in Venice, which is set to move into the former Jeni’s Ice Cream location later this year. Owner Tohm Ifergan tells What Now Los Angeles that this site is expected to open in early Summer, hopefully by June, but this is just the beginning for the business owner, who also owns Niteglow Beer Company.
Ifergan recently submitted a liquor license application to open Niteglow’s first Los Angeles location in Chinatown, at 843 N. Spring Street. He tells What Now Los Angeles that this site will be a dual-concept location for both Dayglow and Niteglow, expected to open in late July 2025. This location will serve Dayglow coffee in the morning and early afternoon, before transitioning to a microbrewery and taproom in the evening and night.
This isn’t the only location Ifergan and his Niteglow Beer Company are working on within Los Angeles. The business owner tells What Now Los Angeles that he is working on opening a second West Coast location at Ovation Hollywood, located at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard, and it is expected to open by the end of the year. Unlike the Chinatown location, this site will serve as a Niteglow taproom only.
When this location opens, it will join a handful of established tenants at Ovation Hollywood, including California Pizza Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe, Jinya Ramen, Johnny Rockets, La Taqueria Cafe, Seasoning Alley, and more. Ovation Hollywood is a perfect location for Niteglow, due to its prime position in the heart of Hollywood, which attracts over 25 million annual visitors, and offers direct access to the Hollywood/Highland Metro Station.
When Niteglow Beer Company opens its new Los Angeles locations, customers can expect a fresh lineup of beers made with local California ingredients. Favorites like the Hoppy H01, packed with grapefruit and pineapple notes, and the Malty M01, a smooth amber lager with hints of chocolate and citrus, will be on tap. Beers are poured using traditional Czech-style side-pull faucets for a creamier finish.
