Ozzy’s Apizza, named after founder and chef Chris Wallace’s chihuahua Ozzy, is opening a third location in The Shops at NoHo Commons. Wallace tells WNLA that the new store will open its doors on October 1 in the former Mod Pizza space, which Wallace coincidentally managed years ago.

Wallace started the concept in his home kitchen back in 2021, with the hopes of bringing his hometown’s Apizza (AKA New Haven-style) to Los Angeles. Co-Owner, and fellow New Havener, Craig Taylor joined Ozzy’s in 2022 and the rest is history.

Ozzy’s serves a variety of specialty pies like the S+M, described as “painfully delicious,” as well as salads, drinks, and more.

Neighboring tenants at The Shops include Kalaveras, Fish Dish, Jamba, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Panda Express, Chill Nails, The Smile Center, among other retailers.
