Paddy’s Pub will be opening in Long Beach in “around two months” at the former Muldoon’s Saloon space, according to owner Kasey Bryant

“It’ll be a real Irish pub with a full bar and Irish whiskeys,” says Bryant. “It will also specialize in Irish cocktails including Guinness espresso martinis and Irish espresso martinis.”

Bryant decided to move into the space when she saw the previous owner was selling. “We’re friends, so when I saw it was on the market I reached out to him.”

The new dive bar is not Bryant’s first endeavor. She also operates Aloha Grill in Huntington Beach, which mainly focuses on casual coastal and Hawaiian fare with dishes like pupus (appetizers) like seared ahi sashimi and coconut shrimp, salads, soups, sandwiches, poke bowls, tacos, burgers, and more.
