Paderia Bakehouse opened its newest store on Saturday as its warm collection of pastries can now be found in Santa Monica.

The new location sits on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Berkely in a 1,202 square-foot unit.

“Paderia is a globally inspired bakehouse and what that means is we take our inspirations from around the world where our goal is to bring these amazing pastries from different cultures under one roof,” Co-Founder Davion Tran said in the press release. “Our focus is on simplicity and quality, day in and day out.”

Baked fresh daily, Paderia Bakehouse pastries take two to three days to prepare and use exclusively imported quality goods and carefully sourced ingredients.

“We let the product and ingredients speak for themselves” Tran added.

Paderia can already be found in Fountain Valley and Irvine.

Some of its popular items include triple chocolate cookies, ube malasadas, savory bread pudding, and now iced coffee, as the bakery curates unique flavors with influences from around the world.
