Hollywood Park, the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States, has announced five new food and beverage tenants coming to its retail district, Shops at Hollywood Park, including a new location of Panini Kabob Grill.

Additional tenants announced for the development include Raising Cane’s, The Melt, Lan Noodle, and Rhythm Bar and Lounge, collectively representing over 13,000 square feet of new leases at the project, according to a press release. It’s unclear exactly when these new restaurants are expected to open, but they will provide the area with an array of delicious options.

The new tenants will join a roster of current shopping and entertainment offerings at the Shops at Hollywood Park. Located at Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard in Inglewood, Hollywood Park’s retail district is already home to Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, JD Sports, Iconix Fitness, Cosm, and The Meeting Spot, with Phenix Salon Suites, Code Next Lab, and Verizon opening soon.

“We are thrilled to add these five new restaurants to Hollywood Park’s roster of offerings,” Otto Maly, President of Kroenke Holdings, said in a press release. “Building on the great food and beverage offerings already available at The Meeting Spot, COSM, and Cinépolis, Hollywood Park continues to develop as a full-service destination whether you work in the office building, live at our near-fully leased apartment buildings, work out at Iconix Fitness or are on-site enjoying the plethora of unique entertainment across our multiple venues. With the Kali Hotel under construction and us breaking ground on the new Hollywood Park Studios soon, the momentum is palpable at our city-within-a-city.”

Panini Kabob Grill offers a Mediterranean menu featuring items like charbroiled chicken and steak kabobs, grilled paninis, hummus, falafel, and fresh salads, all made from scratch daily. Customers can expect a casual dining experience with options for dine-in, takeout, and catering services. The company already has several locations throughout Southern California, with additional sites planned for the next two years.

While opening dates may vary, sites that are under construction and expected to open in 2025 include Hollywood (Sunset & Vine) in May, Escondido and Northridge in June, and San Diego (across from Petco Park) in September. Additional 2025 openings include new locations in Las Vegas (Fashion Show Mall, Q4), Aliso Viejo, and 9th & Olive. Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to open restaurants in Norwalk, Downey, Eastvale, and Chandler, Arizona.
