As part of Downtown Disney’s continued expansion of the district’s west end, Levy Restaurants will be opening Parkside Market.
The new concept will house four culinary destinations all by Levy. Seoul Sister is a fast-casual modern eatery that will serve a Korean-forward menu based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls). Sip & Sonder will offer lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks and Caribbean-inspired bites. GG’s Chicken Shop will have chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic dinner table sides. And there will also be a bar on the second story offering small bites and great views of the district.
Levy Restaurants is an award-winning company specializing in restaurants and retail, and was the first outside organization to own and operate restaurants in Walt Disney World Resort. Today, the group has over 250 locations worldwide.
