Pho OneV, a modern Vietnamese pho concept founded by restaurateur Elaine Nguyen, is preparing to open its second location in Rowland Heights at Grand Century Plaza, located at 18885 Gale Avenue.
The new location is part of a larger expansion by OneV Group, which will also bring its sister brands, Boban and Nobibi, to the plaza. While an exact opening date has not been announced, the development is expected to open in February 2026. Brian Nguyen, managing partner for all three brands, tells What Now Los Angeles that the team plans to open the concepts together to create a stronger launch impact.
Pho OneV debuted in Garden Grove, where it introduced a contemporary take on traditional pho through a combination of authentic recipes and elevated culinary techniques. The Rowland Heights location will continue this approach, offering a menu centered around premium pho in a casual, design-forward environment. OneV Capital Partners backs the brand’s growth.
The expansion into Grand Century Plaza places Pho OneV at the heart of one of the San Gabriel Valley’s most active new commercial hubs. The plaza is expected to become a key dining and lifestyle destination, making it a strategic move for OneV Group as it increases visibility across Southern California.
As previously reported by What Now Los Angeles, sister brand Boban is also planning several new locations across the region, including a flagship at Grand Century Plaza. The fast-casual concept focuses on house-baked bánh mì and Vietnamese coffee, while Nobibi offers handcrafted ice cream and premium desserts.
Founded by Elaine Nguyen, Pho OneV is part of OneV Group’s broader mission to modernize and elevate Vietnamese cuisine across the U.S. The Rowland Heights opening marks a significant milestone in the brand’s early expansion.
