Poké Bar, a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist, is opening a new location in North Hollywood at 6140-6150 Laurel Canyon Blvd.

The new 797-square-foot location will sit next to IceLink in the NoHo West Shopping Center. It’s unknown exactly when this restaurant will open, but it will join several other restaurants coming to the mall, including The Hummus & Pita Company and Umiai Hang Roll & Sake Bar. When this location opens, customers can expect sushi-grade fish prepared fresh daily in a welcoming environment. Poké Bar can be found in 13 states plus Washington D.C., and Canada and New Zealand. The brand has 22 locations throughout California.

Poké Bar gives its own spin to the island classic with various toppings and ingredients. To start, customers select a base of rice, noodles, or greens. From there, add your choice of fish, mix-ins, sauces, sides, and toppings. By the time you’re finished customizing your poke bowl, you will have a healthy and delicious meal that is always prepared quickly.

“Sushi has become a staple in modern dining, but having a leisurely sit-down experience is often not an option in today’s fast-paced world,” according to the company’s website. “We wanted to create a place where people could enjoy quality food without missing a beat in their busy lives. This vision, combined with our love of sushi, inspired our mission to create fresh poké without sacrificing taste, health, and quality in a fast-casual restaurant environment.”
